I bought mine from grizzly 99.95 on sale. It seems to only be hanging up near the front, (due to the paint). I will probably take mine apart and sand the slide so that staples move smoothly through the gun. All in all I feel it is a good gun for the price. I just received my staple gun and I am having a problem with the feed. as another reviewer said I think it will break in and be an exelant gun. as for the sequential trigger problem that another reviewer mentioned, my gun came with two different triggers so if you don't like the way it is firing you can change it.
Be sure you have a coupler to install for you to use right away. My dewalt staple gun arrive on time and was working with this gun in about 10 minutes. I had purchase a Hitach and had problems with this stapler but the dewalt works great and easy to use and remove stuck staples in the gun.
I even bought one for a friend. This was such a good deal I was suspicious at first but I have used the stapler on several houses without a flaw and I couldnt be happier. It would have been nice if it came with a case but a great value as it is. This was the deal of a lifetime. great value for a great tool. You cant go wrong here.
I purchased the staples suggested by the Amazon website. Very happy with the performance and price. I haven't used this stapler for more than a couple of hours so far. No problems.
I've put 1 box of staples (10,000) through it and it has preformed flawlesly. It's proved to be a good preformer. Bottom Line so far so good and I think I made a good decision. When I read the reviews for this product, all three said they had jamming/feeding issues. I figured for the price (compared to a Pasload) and the DeWalt name I'd give it a try anyway. There is alot more plastic on this model than aPasload but it seems ok.
